3. Had a 12:45 appointment with Joe. Said he was running a little behind when I got there. Waited 25 minutes for him to tell me there was another person ahead of me and there was nothing he could do. Why wouldn’t you say that right away? There is something you can do it’s called manage your own schedule and respect people’s time.
4. A hidden gem! I’ve had my haircut by several different guys. All of them are professional and friendly. They do take walk-ins but you may have to wait. It’s always busy in there.
5. I can honestly say that New Castle Barbershop is the the cleanest and most professional barber shop I’ve been to in years! That’s why I stayed and only use New Castle Barbershop! My barber is T ( Tom Rogers) He’s great with his customers,
6. More than fair price for an above average haircut. No a la cart charges for things like using shavers, etc. I recently moved back to the area, and go to the same barber that cut my hair in high school. Same family atmosphere as it used to be. They take appointments as well as walk-ins.
7. Awful quality. The barber joe shaved most of my mustache off with no hope of saving it. My sides are too long and stick out. And for a place that is “always available” I waited 45 minutes after the time of my appointment. I definitely do not recommend this place

8. John is the man and gives me the greatest haircut every time. Everyone in the facility is extremely nice, and always happy to take a new customer 🤙

Been going there for close to eighteen years. The barbers are professional and cordial.They make you feel welcome, I always get a nice cut.kudos to Little D and father, Raymond, Nelson and the rest of the barbers.
